Teams change - and you have a role in the outcome.

Change may have happened, it may be about to happen, it may need to happen, it may not...

The potential impact on relationships and productivity can be dramatic. A systemic approach to moving a team forward builds understanding, empathy and strength.

Team Coaching treats the team like an individual. It's different to 'team-building' - instead, it's about characteristics and process - looking for patterns in the way elements of the team work together over time. And working with the team to identify what can happen differently to create better results.

Just as the most effective ways forward for an individual are those which they form themselves, so the team can come up with its own solutions. The role of the coach is to observe, and to intervene to provide reflection and questions which create awareness of the team's beliefs, values and potential. Which parts of the 'whole' work well? How? And with what outcome? What could happen to make the team more effective? What are the resources which are being overlooked?

Adrian Goodall Associates will act as coach either for a team, or for individuals in the team. We do not coach both at the same time.
