All individuals are part of a series of systems or teams

Something is trying to happen in all of them - and you have a role in the outcome.

Change may have happened, it may be about to happen, it may need to happen, it may not... The potential impact on relationships and productivity can be dramatic. A systemic approach to moving a team forward builds understanding, empathy and strength.

Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching treats the team or relationship as an entity in itself. It's different to 'team-building' - instead, it's about integral qualities and process - looking for common interests and patterns in the way the team works together over time. And working with the team to identify what can happen differently to create better results.

Just as the most effective ways forward for an individual are those which they form themselves, so the relationship system has its own voice and can come up with its own solutions. My role as coach is to observe, create conditions where all the parts are heard and reveal the system and its wisdom to itself, to evolve, resolve or release potential as appropriate. What could happen to make the team more effective? What are the resources which are being overlooked?

Adrian Goodall Associates will act as coach either for a team/relationship, or for individuals in that team/relationship, but not both at the same time.

change and relationships within a team can have an enormous impact on productivity and organisational strength
