Rachael is a leadership coach in large organisations in the private and public sectors. She works either 1:1 or with small groups of leaders.
Her specialism is in coaching clients to make a quantum leap in their capability as leaders – expanding their technical and strategic skills to develop emotionally adept leadership. This means that they are able to engage much more powerfully with their team, colleagues, and clients, and can manage diverse teams with a new found ease.
Her working life began with Esso UK, working in recruitment, industrial relations, team development and diversity. She then joined the Coverdale organisation as a coach and change consultant where she is accredited as a team coach. In 1989 she co-founded the change and diversity practice Schneider-Ross, where she is a Director, and founded her leadership coaching practice in 2006.
Rachael is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Association for Coaching, and the British Psychological Society. She is a graduate of an ICF accredited coach training course. She brings to her coaching the experience of working with senior leaders for over 20 years, and influences include Clean Language, Systemic Coaching and NLP. Rachael has an MA in Modern Languages from Cambridge University.
She has lived and worked in Austria, France, and Germany, is a published author and enjoys writing on leadership and diversity.
