We provide one-to-one coaching programmes for senior executives, directors, partners and rising talent in commercial organisations.
This supports individuals who want new levels of performance, to achieve promotion or stretch themselves out of their ‘comfort zones’. They are likely to have, or be looking for, new responsibilities and challenges and are conscious of the need to perform to their full potential.
Stretching and supporting executives as they build confidence and seek out how they can develop to achieve their goals often includes challenge, learning and significant behavioural change. Although some shifts can be quickly recognised, it takes time to embed and broaden the change in a way that is both comfortable and sustainable for the executive and ‘works’ for the systems they are a part of (management colleagues, clients, staff, family). Our coaching is likely to include work around clarity of focus, developing clear objectives, self-confidence and self-belief, as well as building communication skills and managing teams.
