December 09 :: Completed courses over the 16 months in Clean
Language and Emergent Knowledge with Angela
Dunbar - tremendously powerful approaches for moving
forward with cognition and awareness around challenging issues or
'stuckness', developed by the late David Grove, which can be used
separately or embedded within 'conventional' coaching.
November 09 :: Team Coaching work with one of the world's
leading pharmaceutical companies - developing collaboration and
engagement in a diverse, partly virtual team, with the aim of identifying
efficiencies and focus to streamline project management processes.
This is the first work in a new associate relationship with Leading
Change Ltd, a business performance consultancy specialising
in strategy implementation, change and leadership development.
September 09 :: Attended the 'Clean Conference' in
London - fabulous demos & workshops, much learning, brilliant
people including many of the leaders in the field of Clean Language
and Emergent Knowledge.
July 09 :: New work with senior management at one of the
world's leading reinsurance companies in London.
June 09 :: I am delighted to now be working as an associate
with three leading coaching and development firms, Oxford Group,
Acuity Coaching and Transform People, including taking
on assigments with a leading global law firm in London and one of
Europe's leading travel companies.

May 09 :: Using ORSC approaches with the Headteacher
and Deputy Head of a large secondary school in Berkshire. Together
we worked for several months on challenges and opportunities relating
to succession and development against the backdrop of a major rebuilding
project.
March 09 :: New learnings on Organisational Relationship
Systems Coaching (ORSC) from a 2-day course in London from the
Center
for Right Relationships - I see exciting possibilities
to bring this approach to teams and other forms of relationship
which matter in work.
March 09 :: I am now fully accredited with the International
Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC),
supported by my earlier Diploma and Certificate from Coaching Development.
Also, I am now qualified as an NLP Business Practitioner
through John
Seymour Associates in Bristol.
Feb 09 :: I am delighted to be involved as a volunteer coach
with Inner
Flame - a new not-for-profit organisation based in Swindon
which runs 'Fire Me Up!', a residential course for people aged 14-18,
regardless of background. They will become clearer about their direction
in life, feel more confident in their ability to tackle the challenges
they face and will increase their focus on learning or career choices.
The first course is planned for April.
*postscript: this course was v successful and so was a further course
in August. Next one in Bruton, Somerset, Feb 2010.
Jan 09 :: I am now a Member of the Association
for Coaching - "promoting excellence & ethics in
coaching".
Jan 09 :: I have been working with colleagues to support
senior lawyers leaving a large London law firm, providing a
workshop and coaching to help them build personal awareness of their
skills and talents, together with articulating their values, beliefs,
building confidence and creating greater clarity in their purpose
and direction.
