We provide coaching for individual executives who find themselves unsure of their career direction, or who have lost confidence in themselves – quite often this might be linked with redundancy or a so-called ‘midlife crisis’.
Coaching helps you both build awareness of the resources you already have (and may be overlooking) and develop options for your next steps.

Whilst we are not job placement consultants*, we can work with you as coaches to clarify what’s important for you and re-align your unique talents and personal resources with your career. We can work to build confidence in your strengths. And by learning to notice the positive intent of feedback in all its forms, you can change your actions to help you move through stress, release your potential and achieve sustainable growth and the performance you deserve.
‘Failure’ can arise from a multitude of causes: redundancy, underperfoming on a project, missing a promotion, poor relationships at work or home, not enough clients… The emotional and mental reactions to these setbacks can include rejection, confusion, loss of confidence and sometimes shock and anger. In some circumstances, disillusionment, low self-esteem, apathy and a loss of direction can develop – even depression.
This is natural – but it can be hard to talk about the emotional impact – and harder to know someone to talk with. Our coaching recognises and respects your emotional realities and, in a supportive and confidential relationship, allows you to explore the beliefs and patterns behind them and start to plan ahead. It will help you notice and build on positive resources and focus on ways forward that fit in with your values and natural energy.
