Lorenza Clifford

Lorenza is a development professional with deep expertise. She has a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology with extensive experience also in Management Consultancy and HR with firms including PwC and Robson Rhodes.

Initially focusing on psychometrics, design of 360° Feedback, assessment and development centres, she is deeply interested in human potential and the ‘so what’ factor. Lorenza studied the development journey, systemic, clean and cognitive behavioural ways of influencing individual and organisational change, and her work moved increasingly into the Learning and Development field. She has worked as a coach with corporate clients for over 10 years and is also recognised as a highly effective facilitator.

As a senior consultant at PwC, Lorenza facilitated on leadership, influencing, client relationships, communication and coaching courses. She has also worked with clients including HSBC, Lloyds TSB, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, GKN Aerospace, Lilly, and M&G Investments. She has successfully helped executives with issues ranging from leadership, promotion, performance, communication & influencing and strategy development to career pathfinding, relationship building, stress management and work-life balance.
