Deryn Holland
Deryn’s expertise lies in leadership and personal and organisation development. She works nationally and internationally with individual and corporate clients to enhance their confidence and competence and has more than 25 years experience in training and development across the, public, private and voluntary sectors.
She has a Masters in Continuing Education, is an NLP practitioner and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Deryn is also an internationally accredited supervisor of coaches. She is involved in coach education as a trainer with Coaching Development and as a trainer of trainee-coaches for Teach First.
Deryn has set up and run major coaching and mentoring initiatives in the BBC, for a major housing association and a university college. Her clients include senior leaders and fast-track managers in the Metropolitan Police Service, board members of major charities and senior leaders in international businesses. She also works in the schools and with independent coaches.
Her experience as senior management in global organisations, local government, education and the media has given her a deep understanding of organisation development, leadership and the challenges facing individuals and teams in a world of rapid technological and organisation change. She studied for an Advanced Diploma in Organisation development at Columbia University in New York. Deryn is equally at home with one-to-one coaching and large-scale strategic development.
