My experience is in both business and coaching.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and subscribe to its Code of Ethics. I hold an ICF-accredited Certificate of Coaching through Coaching Development, led by Philip Brew and Colin Brett. Additional learning has been in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (John Seymour and Lorraine Calland), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Copewell Institute) and Clean Language (Alex Marshall).

My career as a top-ranked equity analyst in the City with firms including Goldman Sachs and SBC Warburg (UBS), involved co-active advisory relationships with leading international investors, senior industry executives and corporate financiers. In industry at Thus plc, as Director of Strategy, I managed a team of 16 and worked to help build vision and consensus across the organisation.

As a self-employed consultant and with Oxford Capital Partners, I have worked with numerous entrepreneurs in funding their businesses, and I was a non-executive director of AdIQ, a venture-funded mobile technology business. I have also worked as a visiting lecturer at the University of Greenwich Business School.

During my years in the 'City', I also enjoyed establishing a major mentoring initiative with Business in the Community and graduated through the Common Purpose leadership development programme. Some years ago, I studied Biochemistry at Oxford University.

For the past 6 years, I have been active as an ECB-qualified volunteer cricket coach.

The International Coach Federation is the largest worldwide resource for business and personal coaches.

It is a nonprofit, individual membership organization formed by professionals worldwide who practice business and personal coaching.
