Adrian Goodall's associates provide a broad range of experience, coaching styles, workshops and services for clients' needs.

These include:

Kevin Caulfield

Ongoing personal and professional development and continuous learning have been important to Kevin throughout his career. He firmly believes that in order to lead others effectively you first need to know yourself extremely well. How emotionally and socially aware are you? In what environments are you at your best? Which skills and behaviours can you leverage and which do you need to develop? What values do you hold dear? Which beliefs empower you and which limit you? Who are you and how do you show up? What is your purpose and mission?

Kevin believes that coaching is an extremely powerful means to develop leaders. And effective coaching affects not only the client, but the team and organisation around them.

His experience spans over 25 years in business including 16 years as a corporate and investment banker at JPMorgan Chase and CIBC World Markets with assignments in New York, Mexico City, the Caribbean, Paris and London. He has been coaching top and emerging talent primarily in the financial and professional services sectors since 1999.

Kevin is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, a Founding Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and an NLP Master Practitioner, and has additional training in Systemic Organisational Practice and Clean Language. He is also accredited to use psychometric tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Bar-On measure of Emotional Intelligence and the Personal Directions indicator of individual drivers and motivators.

Originally from the USA, London has been his home since 1993. He loves travel, architecture, gardens, music and languages and speaks fluent French, passable Spanish and just enough Italian and German to get into trouble.

Deborah Goodall

Deborah works with her clients to help them have the conversations and productive dialogue they most want - whether with colleagues, customers, teams or external stakeholder groups. She is a Member of the Association for Coaching, an NLP Master Practitioner, a graduate of Henley Business School's Coaching programme and have additional training in Clean Language, Team Coaching and facilitation.

Her working life began in corporate communication and continues to be about helping individuals and organisations develop the vision, values and skills that allow for genuine communication and success in business. Drawn to coaching by experiencing how it accelerates progress, Deborah is passionate about helping people clarify direction and feel valued in what they do which, in turn, renews energy, motivation and commitment. This happens in the intimacy of individual work and also with teams and businesses.

Her business background spans more than 20 years in law, industry, marketing services and in organisations interfacing with the NHS. She was Head of Communications at Merck in the UK and MD of a specialist PR consultancy before moving on to work as a consultant, trainer and coach.

Deborah has worked as a coach and a facilitator with a variety of clients from multi-national corporates to charitable foundations and owner-managed businesses. She is also able to draw on wider consulting experience with the NHS, media and marketing services, pharmaceuticals and technology.

She has an MA in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford. When not working, she is an Amazon book-purchasing addict and loves walking and running in the Wiltshire countryside.

Andy King

Andy runs Kingsight Coaching and is focussed on coaching executives and teams up to board level - as he believes positive intervention today has the biggest impact on business tomorrow.

His backgroud includes being on the management board of Debenhams, MD of Evans and then Burton Menswear before being appointed MD Menswear for the de-merged Arcadia Group where his responsibility also included Top Man, Principles, Hawkshead and Racing Green. Subsequently, he was MD of New Look.

During his 30 years of commercial experience, Andy confirmed his conviction that executives' potential was rarely fully utilised and that mentoring high achievers to better realise their capabilities was the most rewarding aspect of his work. He experienced the benefits of being professionally coached, and found the value of an independent view backed by credible experience enormously helpful at key moments in his career.

Andy has a Certificate in Coaching through Coaching Development, an International Coaching Federation accredited coach training programme, is an Affiliate Member of the Association for Coaching and has completed Clean Language and Emergent Knowledge training programmes with Angela Dundar, as well as training in Systems and Team coaching.

He approaches his work by combining his insight into business issues with the space and time of coaching to help develop the leadership qualities required by the next generation of senior executives. He brings challenge and rigour to the process in a supportive environment.
