If the descendents of the earliest humans can compose symphonies and land on the moon, what can our descendents achieve?

I believe we can all make a unique and valuable contribution to the continuing evolution of humanity towards a fulfilled and balanced future. I want us each to have the opportunity to do so and to share the belief that we can make a difference.

In my journey to become a coach, I have been influenced by a number of approaches to understanding how our conscious and unconscious minds work and can be developed. Some key aspects for me are outlined in the links above.

My own experience of being coached, in particular by Claire Breeze and Lorraine Calland, is a tremendously important resource for me. I consider myself lucky to have found challenge, belief, compassion and support at times when I doubted myself and my future.
