I am a coach because I have always enjoyed working with people and helping them to help themselves.

I am passionate about the amazing potential in all of us - individually and collectively. This potential is there in us always, but so often goes unrecognised by ourselves and others. Unnoticed assumptions, beliefs and decisions can result in dramatic and important consequences, both positive and negative - like the flap of a butterfly's wing resulting in a hurricane... delicate yet powerful.

My experience spans over 25 years in business, including 18 years in equity markets with Goldman Sachs, UBS and others, as well as senior management experience in industry and in venture funding. You can find more on my working background in the credentials link.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation having trained with Coaching Development, with additional training in various related areas. I am constantly learning - there is so much more to discover in my work. In addition to co-learning with my coaching colleagues, I benefit from regular supervision.
